THE COMPANY WAS FOUNDED<\/h2>\n

D\u2019abord Constructeur, puis Promoteur-Immobilier, le Groupe Diomand\u00e9 Mariam et Fr\u00e8res (GDMF) a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2012 et est localis\u00e9 en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, \u00e0 Abidjan dans la commune de CocodyII Plateaux.<\/p>\n

Son agr\u00e9ment de Promoteur-Constructeur lui a permis d\u2019\u00eatre coopt\u00e9 par l\u2019Etat de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire dans le Programme Pr\u00e9sidentiel de Construction de logements sociaux, \u00e9conomiques et de standing.<\/p>\n

Dans ce cadre, l\u2019entreprise a sign\u00e9 un Protocole d\u2019accord avec le Minist\u00e8re de la Construction, du logement, de l\u2019Assainissement et de l\u2019Urbanisme de C\u00f4te d\u2019ivoire pour la Remise de la crise socio-politique de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, \u00e0 travers ses instances gouvernementales est \u00e0 pied d\u2019\u0153uvre pour accroitre et consolider sa croissance \u00e9conomique afin d\u2019endiguer le niveau croissant de pauvret\u00e9 de la population.<\/p>\n

Avec le regain de l\u2019\u00e9conomie ivoirienne, le tissu social et \u00e9conomique a besoin d\u2019\u00eatre reconstitu\u00e9. Le secteur du b\u00e2timent, du logement et des travaux publics repr\u00e9sentant le rep\u00e8re de la reprise des activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, il doit \u00eatre convenablement pris en charge au m\u00eame titre que tous les autres secteurs en vue de la reconstruction du pays.<\/p>\n

Selon les statistiques du Minist\u00e8re de la Construction au lendemain de la crise post-\u00e9lectorale, la demande globale de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire en logements serait d\u2019environ 40 000 logements chaque ann\u00e9e pour un d\u00e9ficit total de 400\u00a0000 logements alors que l’offre annuelle n’atteindrait pas 8000 logements.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/4″]

THE STAFF GREW TO 50\u00a0EMPLOYEES<\/h2>\n

Aux fins de r\u00e9sorber ce manque, l\u2019Etat de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire a initi\u00e9 en 2013le programme gouvernemental de construction de logements sociaux, \u00e9conomiques et de standing.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est dans ce cadre que le Promoteur-Constructeur GDMF a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi pour la r\u00e9alisation de trois mille (3000) logements sur plusieurs sites dans le District d\u2019Abidjan (Capitale et poumon \u00e9conomique de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire) ainsi que dans certaines localit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du pays.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/4″]
